Walk-Through Pastry Display Instead of a Traditional Counter - Blue Dream Saigon

Instead of putting everything behind one counter, Blue Dream spreads pastries throughout the space. Cakes and breads appear on tables and cabinets across connected rooms, so you naturally walk around to see what’s available. The old furniture, tiled floor and archway make browsing feel like exploring a little house full of pastries.
