• Activity: an online B2B marketplace connecting professional hospitality buyers with suppliers of products and with service providers and hospitality staff. Kinga Corporation SASU acts as an intermediary and hosting provider for user content, not as the seller or the service provider.

3. Hosting (hébergeur)

The platform is hosted on managed cloud infrastructure provided by Lovable and its underlying cloud providers (servers located in the European Union and, for some services, outside the EU under appropriate transfer safeguards).

4. Payment services

Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe, including Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) for users in the European Economic Area. Regulated payment services may be provided by Stripe Technology Europe, Limited, authorised in Ireland. Kinga Corporation SASU is not a payment service provider and does not hold user funds.

5. Reporting illegal content

To report content that you believe is illegal or infringes your rights, email legal@clocheverse.com stating the exact location of the content (URL), a description of the problem, the legal ground and your contact details. See also the Acceptable Use and Prohibited Products Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The ClocheVerse name, logo, interface, texts, graphics, database structure and software are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, extraction, framing or automated collection without prior written authorisation is prohibited. User listings and content remain the property of their authors.

8. Applicable law

The website and these notices are governed by French law. The courts of Paris have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rule to the contrary.
