Cookie Policy

This policy explains how Kinga Corporation SASU uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage) on ClocheVerse. It complements our Privacy Policy.

1. Our consent rule

Only strictly necessary technologies are used before you make a choice. No analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookie, pixel or script is loaded until you have given consent through the cookie banner. You can accept all, reject everything that is not essential, or choose category by category — the three options are presented with equal prominence.

2. Categories we use

• Strictly necessary (always active). Authentication and session tokens that keep you signed in, security and anti-abuse identifiers, your cart contents, your language, currency and locale choice, your cookie-consent record and the session identifier used to show your active devices in Settings. These cannot be switched off because the Platform cannot function without them, and they do not require consent.
• Analytics (consent required). Aggregated measurement of how the marketplace is used, to fix problems and improve pages. Not loaded until you allow it.
• Marketing (consent required). Measurement of ClocheVerse campaigns and relevance of our own offers. Not loaded until you allow it.

3. Third-party technologies

Some pages embed services that set their own technologies: Stripe (payments and fraud prevention, strictly necessary for checkout), our authentication and database provider (session), and mapping/geocoding used on service-area and staff pages. Where such a service is not necessary for the feature you are using, it is loaded only after consent.

4. Duration

• Session items: deleted when you close the browser or sign out.
• Authentication tokens: short-lived and refreshed while you stay signed in.
• Preference items (language, currency, cart): up to 12 months.
• Consent record: up to 12 months, after which the banner appears again.
• Analytics or marketing items, if allowed: no longer than 13 months.

5. Managing and withdrawing consent

• Use “Cookie settings” in the footer — available on every page — or the button above, to change or withdraw your choice at any time.
• You can also delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings, or block them. Blocking strictly necessary items will break sign-in, cart and checkout.

6. Changes

If we add a new non-essential technology, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent again. The version and date at the top of this page always reflect the current version.
