The Open Gluten-Free Pastry Table - Copains Paris

Instead of keeping the pastries behind a traditional glass counter, Copains turns the bakery into an open display. Gluten-free croissants, pistachio pastries, cinnamon rolls and laminated dough creations are arranged individually on wooden and stone boards across a long concrete table, almost like objects in a gallery. A second floating wooden shelf brings breads and baguettes above eye level, using the full height of the wall for presentation. The beige plaster, dark wood and simple product cards keep the background quiet while the pastries provide most of the color and texture.
